What is cXgcpStatsTxFailRsips?
This read-only Counter32 counts the number of RSIP (Restart In Progress) messages sent by the gateway that failed. Admins care because a failed RSIP notification can leave the call agent unaware that the gateway restarted, causing it to keep routing calls to endpoints the gateway itself considers newly reset. For example, an admin noticing calls failing right after a gateway reboot would check this counter to see if the restart notification itself failed to reach the call agent.
