This read-only Counter32 counts the number of DLCX (Delete Connection) messages sent by the gateway itself (as opposed to received from the call agent). Admins use it to see how often the gateway is initiating connection teardowns on its own, for example due to timers or error conditions. For example, an unexpectedly high value here compared to received DLCXs might suggest the gateway is proactively tearing down connections due to some local condition rather than waiting for call agent instruction.
