This read-only Counter32 counts the number of received DLCX (Delete Connection) messages that failed. Admins watch this because a failed teardown request can leave a connection's resources stuck allocated on the gateway even though the call agent believes it was closed. For example, an admin investigating gradually depleting available connection resources on the gateway would check whether this counter is climbing, indicating teardown requests aren't completing.
