What is cXgcpMsgStatsIncompleteMessages?
This read-only Counter32 counts the number of transmitted messages for which the gateway timed out while waiting for an ACK from the MGC. Admins use it to spot signaling messages that never got a response at all, distinct from ones that were explicitly NAK'ed. For example, a steadily increasing value here alongside stable ACK counts would suggest the MGC is unreachable or unresponsive rather than actively rejecting messages.
