What is cXgcpMediaGwQuarantinePersist?

This read-write TruthValue specifies whether persistent events bypass the quarantine buffer entirely when set to true, and is ignored if cXgcpMediaGwQuarantineProcess is set to false. Admins care because bypassing quarantine means those persistent events are handled immediately rather than being held and delivered later as a batch. For example, an admin who needs certain critical persistent events reported in real time rather than queued would set this object to true, as long as quarantine processing is also enabled.
