What is cxeCcProfileTsmaxTimeout?

This read-create Integer32, in seconds from 1 to 1000, sets how long MGCP messages sit in the retransmission queue before the gateway discards them. Admins tune this to balance memory/resource usage in the retransmission queue against giving delayed acknowledgements enough time to arrive before a message is dropped. For example, on a high-call-volume gateway with limited memory, an admin might lower this timeout so stale queued messages are cleared out faster.
