The value of this object will be utilized when the call agent does not specify this parameter.

What is cxeCallCtrlVoAal2DtmfRelayMode?

This read-write DtmfRelayMode object controls whether DTMF digits are relayed out-of-band to the far endpoint for calls carried over Voice over AAL2 (ATM), rather than being sent inside the AAL2 voice stream itself. It is the AAL2 counterpart to the VoIP DTMF relay setting, mattering to admins running ATM-based voice trunks where in-band tones can be distorted by compression. This object's setting is only applied when the call agent does not itself specify a DTMF relay parameter for the AAL2 call.
