What is cxeCallCtrlT38NsfCountryCode?

This read-write CountryCodeITU object specifies the ITU country code identifying where the media gateway with non-standard T.38 capabilities was manufactured, and only applies when T.38 is not inhibited. It matters for interoperability because this code is advertised in the Non-Standard Facilities field during fax negotiation, and mismatched or default values can confuse far-end equipment checking vendor-specific capabilities. For example, an admin troubleshooting T.38 negotiation failures with a specific vendor's fax machine might verify this country code is set correctly for the gateway's actual manufacturer.
