The value of ibs should be less or equal to bc when cir is greater than 0.
The value of ibs has to be 0 when cir is 0.
The peak value for ibs in FRSM-VHS cards is (2^21 -1), i.e. 2097151 and for all other cards, it is 65535.
For FRSM12 Card: Not Supported
