Description: This variable indicates the LMI state of the VC (channel). The possible values are : notConfigured(1): Connection Not configured okay(2) : Connection is in Ok state alarm(3) : Connection is in alarm failed(4) : Connection is in failed state. This is applicable only for PNNI.
