mapCLP(1) : Map DE bit to CLP bit in ATM cell. setCLPzero(2) : Ignore DE bit. Set CLP to 0. setCLPone(3) : Ignore DE bit. Set CLP to 1. For FRSM12 Card: Should not be mapCLP for chanType of frForward.
