What is vismResPartCtrlrNum?
This read-only INTEGER identifies the controller type (par, pnni, or tag) that indexes into vismPortResPartCnfGrpTable for a given resource partition entry. An admin cares because it tells them which signaling/control plane (PAR, PNNI, or tag switching) owns a particular resource partition on a port. For example, an operator investigating why LCNs on a port are reserved for PNNI signaling specifically would look for the vismResPartCtrlrNum value of pnni(2) in that partition's index.
