Description: SUB-NETMASK of the VISM IP interface. This object is applicable if the object vismMode is in VoIP or Switched mode.
What is vismSubNetMask?
This read-write IpAddress object holds the subnet mask for the VISM IP interface, applicable when vismMode is VoIP or Switched. This works together with vismIpAddress to define the card's network reachability, and getting it wrong could isolate the card from its call agent even with a correct IP address. For example, an admin migrating a VISM card to a differently-sized subnet would need to update vismSubNetMask alongside vismIpAddress to maintain connectivity.
