Module: CISCO-VISM-MODULE-MIB
OID (symbolic): CISCO-VISM-MODULE-MIB::vismAggregateSvcBandwidth
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.351.110.3.17.4.25
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: Integer32
Access: read-write
Description: The aggregate svc bandwidth is used for AAL2 SVC aggregate SVC CAC and also used for aggregate traffic clipping at VISM card when vismAggregateTrafficClipping is enabled.
This is expressed in cells per second. This need to be configured for AAL2 SVC aggregate bandwidth call admission control to admit AAL2 SVC connections at VISM card.
What is vismAggregateSvcBandwidth?
This read-write Integer32 (0-100000), expressed in cells per second, sets the aggregate SVC bandwidth used both for AAL2 SVC call admission control and, when vismAggregateTrafficClipping is enabled, for aggregate traffic clipping on the VISM card. An admin cares because this value is what the card actually checks against before admitting new AAL2 SVC connections. For example, a technician provisioning a VISM card for a known total voice capacity would configure this cells-per-second figure to match the card's available ATM uplink bandwidth.
