What is vismConnRemotePercentUtil?
This read-write Integer32 object (0-100), as a percentage, is the expected long-term utilization of the channel by the other end-point. This is the remote-side counterpart to vismConnPercentUtil, giving a capacity-planning baseline for the far end's expected usage of the connection. An engineer planning bandwidth for an asymmetric connection would set this value differently from the local percent-util object if the remote end is expected to use the channel more or less heavily.
