What is vismConnRemotePCR?
This read-write Integer32 object (1-100000), in cells-per-second, indicates the bandwidth (Peak Cell Rate) from the other end, i.e., in the egress direction of the PVC. This is the remote-side counterpart to vismConnPCR, letting an admin configure or record the peak rate expected from the far end of the connection. An engineer setting up a connection with asymmetric bandwidth needs would configure this object differently from the local vismConnPCR to reflect the far end's actual expected peak rate.
