What is vismChanClrIngress?
This read-write Integer32 object (1-2147483647) defines the Cell Loss Ratio for the PVC in the ingress direction, meaningful only for VBR connections. This is a traffic-contract parameter communicated to the ATM network describing the acceptable cell loss rate for this connection's ingress traffic under a VBR service contract. An engineer negotiating QoS parameters for a VBR voice PVC would set this value to match the loss tolerance appropriate for that traffic's quality requirements.
