This value directly sizes the jitter buffer the DSP uses to smooth out cell arrival timing variation for AAL1 traffic. An engineer configuring an AAL1 connection experiencing audio artifacts from cell timing jitter would adjust this CDVT value to give the DSP a larger playout buffer margin.
