Description: This object specifies a percentage value that is compared with the percentage of MOS samples that are below the MOS threshold. The number of MOS samples over a period of time that are below the threshold MOS value are calculated. If the percentage of MOS samples below the threshold is greater than the configured percentage, PfR determines that the exit link is out-of-policy and searches for an alternate exit link.

Reports/configures the percentage threshold of voice-quality samples that may fall below the MOS minimum before PfR considers the exit link out of policy.
