'clearAll' Specifies the MC to clear all prefixes in PfR master database, connections to all border routers, and restart the PfR master process.
'clearAllPrefixes' Specifies the MC to clear all prefixes in PfR master database.
'clearAllBorders' Specifies the MC to clear connections to all border routers.
