Description: This object indicates the time when coverage pre alarm was first reported to controller by an access point. After receiving this alert, controller will try to mitigate the coverage hole by increasing the transmit power of that access point. After doing above step for stipulated time, if coverage hole cannot be corrected by controller, a final notification would be generated from controller , informing the administrator about the existence of a coverage hole.
