Description: This notification is generated initially when a SCCP message is dropped due to a segmentation or reassembly unsupported or failure errors in last interval specified by the cgsccpGttErrorPeriod and the cgsccpInstErrorIndicator will be set to true. The notification will also be generated after the number of recovery intervals as specified by the cgsccpGttErrorRecoveryCount object has passed without any segmentation or reassembly unsupported errors.
