Description: This notification is generated whenever any global title error is encountered in last interval specified by the cgsccpGttErrorPeriod and the cgsccpInstErrorIndicator will be set to true. The notification will also be generated when errors have abated. The notification is generated after the number of recovery intervals as specified by the cgsccpGttErrorRecoveryCount object has passed without any global title errors.
