Description: This object specifies the minimum interval between IPv6 router advertisements sent on the target interface. The value of this column has the following restrictions:
1) This value cannot be less than 75% of the value specified for cdtIfIpv6NdRaIntervalMax.
2) If the corresponding instance of cdtIfIpv6NdRaIntervalUnits is 'seconds', then this value cannot be less than '3'.
3) If the corresponding instance of cdtIfIpv6NdRaIntervalUnits is 'milliseconds', then this value cannot be less than '30'.
If the target interface template does not specify this value, then the system automatically assumes a minimum interval that is 75% of the corresponding instance of cdtIfIpv6NdRaIntervalMax.
The value '0' cannot be written to an instance of this object. However, it serves as a convenient value when the column is not valid.
This column is valid only if the 'ipv6NdRaInterval' bit of the corresponding instance of cdtIfValid is '1'.
