ccasRSTRowStatus

Module: CISCO-CAS-IF-EXT-MIB

OID (symbolic): CISCO-CAS-IF-EXT-MIB::ccasRSTRowStatus

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.314.1.5.2.1.13

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: RowStatus

Access: read-write

Description: This object is used for adding, deleting and modifying the entries from the ccasIfExtRegSignalTimerTable. A default entry with index value 1 is created at initialization, and it can not be modified or deleted.

What is ccasRSTRowStatus?

This controls creation, deletion, and modification of rows in the register-signal-timer table, with the system default profile at index 1 permanently protected from modification or deletion, the same immutability pattern as the other CAS RowStatus objects in this MIB. This ensures a baseline set of register-signal timers, compelled tone timers, pulse timers, interdigit timers, is always available as a fallback, which matters because a custom timer profile misconfigured for the wrong R2 variant could otherwise leave a trunk with no working timer set at all. An admin tuning register-signal timers for a specific carrier interconnect would create a new profile row rather than risk corrupting the protected default at index 1.
