What is ccasRSSubRegion?

This is a free-text field describing a sub-regional variant within the country selected by ccasRSCountry, for cases where R2 signaling practice differs by carrier or region within a single country. This exists because country alone is sometimes too coarse a grouping for R2; some countries have multiple incompatible carrier-specific R2 dialects, so an admin uses this field to document or select which local variant a given profile actually implements. An admin configuring trunks for two different carriers within the same country might set this to 'CarrierA-variant' on one profile and 'CarrierB-variant' on another to keep the two R2 dialects distinguishable.
