ccasRSCountry
Module: CISCO-CAS-IF-EXT-MIB
OID (symbolic): CISCO-CAS-IF-EXT-MIB::ccasRSCountry
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.314.1.4.1.1.2
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: CASCountryCode
Access: read-write
Description: This object specifies the country where the meaning for the signal definition/action applies. This parameter is mandatory when creating an entry. When the R2 country (ITU or other) is specified, the default values for the rest of the MIB objects are populated based on this.
What is ccasRSCountry?
This selects the ITU or country-specific R2 signaling variant that governs how every other register-signal object in this profile is interpreted, and per the MIB it is mandatory when creating a new entry because it drives the default values populated into the rest of the table. Getting this wrong means every subsequent backward or forward signal object in the profile inherits the wrong country's default meanings, so it is the single most consequential field to set correctly before touching any of the individual signal objects in this profile. Setting this to a Brazil R2 country code would auto-populate dozens of backward/forward signal defaults tuned for Brazilian R2 practice, whereas selecting India would populate an entirely different default set matching India's R2 variant.
