What is ccasGCnfInitialDelay?

This sets an initial delay applied on an outgoing trunk before the gateway begins pulsing out dialed digits, with 0 meaning digit pulsing starts immediately with no delay. This delay exists to give the far end time to settle after seizure before digits start arriving, which matters on trunks or equipment that need a moment to prepare their digit receiver after a seize signal before they can reliably capture the first pulsed digit. An admin might set this to 150 ms on a trunk connected to older equipment that needs a brief settling period after seizure before it can reliably detect the first outgoing digit pulse.
