What is ccasFwdRSSatelLinkNotIncluded?

This object specifies the forward signal sent in response to the same nature-of-circuit backward request, confirming no satellite link is included in the connection. This is the negative counterpart to ccasFwdRSSatelLinkIncluded, letting the far end keep its normal, shorter, terrestrial signaling timers rather than needlessly extending them for delay that is not actually present on this particular call. A domestic call routed entirely over terrestrial fiber would receive this response to the nature-of-circuit query, keeping standard timer values in effect for that call.
