What is ccasFwdRSOperNoFwdTransFacility?

This object specifies the forward signal indicating the call originates from a subscriber's line, an operator's position, or maintenance equipment, and that no forward transfer facility will be used for it. Forward transfer facility is an R2 mechanism for handing a call to another exchange mid-setup, so this signal specifically tells the far end not to expect that handoff option on this call, simplifying how the receiving exchange processes it. A straightforward point-to-point call with no need for mid-call exchange handoff would use this signal, telling the terminating exchange it can process the call without keeping the forward-transfer path available.
