What is ccasFwdRSNoCategoryAvailble?

This object specifies the forward signal indicating there is no calling-party category information available to send, the negative response to a category request like ccasBwdRSCallingPartyCategory. This tells the far end not to keep waiting for category data that the originating side simply does not have, which is relevant to how quickly certain call types, such as calls from lines with no category provisioning, can proceed through register signaling. A call from an unregistered or minimally provisioned line might trigger this forward signal in response to a category request, letting the far end proceed without that classification data.
