What is ccasFwdRSCCNoEchoSuppressor?
This object specifies a forward signal that, as the first forward signal, indicates a country code will follow but that the call does not require echo suppressors. This is the no-echo-suppression-needed counterpart to ccasFwdRSCCEchoSuppressor, and choosing between the two, usually based on whether the physical path includes a satellite hop, directly affects whether echo-suppression hardware/logic gets engaged unnecessarily or is skipped when it is actually needed. An international call over an all-terrestrial fiber path with negligible delay would use this signal instead of the echo-suppressor variant, since echo suppression is not needed on such a low-latency path.
