What is ccasFwdRSCCInsertEchoSuppressor?

This object specifies a forward signal that, as the first forward signal, indicates a country code will follow and instructs the outgoing half echo suppressor to be inserted for this call. This is a more specific, action-oriented variant than the general echo-suppressor-required signal; it actually commands insertion of the suppressor on this leg, which is the concrete mechanism that removes audible echo on the call once triggered. On a satellite-routed international call, the originating exchange sends this signal to have its own outgoing echo suppressor engaged before the rest of the call setup proceeds.
