What is ccasFwdRSCCEchoSuppressor?
This object specifies a forward signal that, when used as the first forward signal on the call, indicates both that a country code digit sequence will follow and that the call requires echo suppressors. Because this signal is only meaningful as the very first forward signal in the sequence, its position matters as much as its value; sending it later in the exchange would be a protocol violation that a strict R2 implementation on the far end could reject. On a fresh international call setup where echo suppression is needed due to satellite routing, the gateway would send this exact signal first, before any other forward signaling, to set expectations for both the country code and echo handling.
