Type: CASBackwardSignal

Access: read-write

Description: This object specifies a backward signal requesting the other exchange to switch to reception of group A and send the DNIS digits from the beginning. The default value is country specific.

What is ccasBwdRSXtoGrpASendDNISFrmBeg?

This object specifies the backward signal requesting the far exchange switch to Group A signaling and restart sending DNIS digits from the very first digit. Compared to ccasBwdRSRepeatCalledDigit, this specifically also forces a group transition back to A, so it is used when both the digit sequence and the signaling group state need resetting simultaneously, a more complete recovery than a same-group digit repeat. If a signaling error left both the digit count and the current group ambiguous, the gateway would use this signal to reset both at once rather than issuing separate group-switch and digit-repeat requests.
