What is ccasBwdRSSubLineFreeWithCharge?
This object specifies the backward signal indicating the called party's line is free and that billing should begin upon answer. This is the signal that both confirms call-completion is possible and instructs the billing/charging behavior for that specific call, so misconfiguring it on a trunk could either fail to bill answered calls or bill calls that were never actually answered. When a called subscriber's line is idle and available, the terminating exchange sends this signal so the originating gateway both proceeds to ring the line and starts a charge-on-answer billing record.
