What is ccasBwdRSInternationalCongst?
This object specifies the backward signal reporting congestion specifically on international links or at an international transit/terminal exchange, or an abnormal R2 register release at that level. This is the international-scope counterpart to ccasBwdRSCongestion, so distinguishing the two in call logs tells an admin whether a blocked-call spike is a domestic trunk-group capacity issue or an upstream international carrier congestion issue, which point to very different remediation paths. A surge of this specific signal during a national holiday when international call volume spikes would indicate the international gateway trunk group itself is saturated, rather than a local switching problem.
