What is cienaCesInetMgmtInterfaceDomainId?

This object holds an index whose meaning depends entirely on cienaCesInetMgmtInterfaceDomain: it is the virtual switch index when the domain is vs, or the VLAN ID when the domain is vlan. An admin must read the two objects together, since domain 'vs' with domainId 12 refers to virtual switch 12, while domain 'vlan' with the same numeric value 12 instead means VLAN 12 -- misreading which one you're looking at leads to configuring the wrong management scope. For example, domain=vlan(3) and domainId=100 together mean this management interface rides VLAN 100.
