Description: The amount of time to receive a membership report after a query message is sent. This value goes directly into the query packet.

What is cienaCesMcastIgmpSnoopProxyQueryReplyTmo?

This sets how long the device waits for a membership report reply after sending a query, with the value itself embedded directly into the outgoing query packet's max-response-time field so receivers know how long they have to answer. An admin shortening this value speeds up detection of receivers that have actually left a group, since the query-response cycle completes faster, but risks false negatives on a congested network where legitimate reports might not arrive in time. A value of 10, the minimum, would give receivers only 10 seconds to respond, which could be too aggressive on a large, busy access network.
