Description: The static ARP attachment destination IP address to the data interface. IpAddress value returned is only valid if cienaCesIpDataInterfaceStaticArpEnable is true.

What is cienaCesIpDataInterfaceStaticArpDestinationIp?

This holds the destination IP address for a manually configured static ARP entry on this data interface, and the field is only meaningful when cienaCesIpDataInterfaceStaticArpEnable is true. An admin setting up a fixed neighbor relationship, say to a device that won't reliably answer ARP requests, configures this address as the far-end IP that should always resolve to the paired static MAC rather than via dynamic ARP. For example, this might be set to 192.0.2.254, the known address of a legacy CPE that the admin doesn't trust to answer ARP reliably.
