What is cienaCesChassisProcessHealthMaxThreshold?
This object states the maximum possible value of the process sub-category for the slot, the configured ceiling on process count the Health Manager compares against. An admin uses this fixed limit to know how much headroom remains on that card's process table before the operating system would refuse to start new processes. For example, a MaxThreshold value close to the current measurement suggests the card is nearing capacity for concurrently running software tasks.
