What is cienaCesChassisPowerSupplyShelfIndx?
This object is the shelf index in the row identifier for a power-supply entry in the CES chassis power-supply table, since some Ciena CES chassis are built from multiple shelves rather than a single box. An admin uses it, together with the slot index, to know exactly which physical shelf a given power-supply alarm or status reading came from when the box is a multi-shelf configuration. For example, a value of 2 would point to the second shelf in a two-shelf stack, distinguishing its power supplies from those on shelf 1.
