What is cienaCesChassisNumFansPerTray?
This object reports the design number of individual fans mounted per tray on this chassis. An admin uses this figure to know how many per-fan rows to expect for each tray and to recognize a tray reporting fewer functioning fans than its design calls for. For example, a chassis with NumFansPerTray = 4 but a tray showing only 3 active fan entries would flag one fan slot as unpopulated or failed.
