What is cienaCesChassisIOMAlarmInputState?

This INTEGER (on/off/notSupported) reports whether the external device wired into the IOM's alarm input contact, labeled by cienaCesChassisIOMAlarmInputDescription, is currently asserting. This lets the chassis surface facility-level conditions, like an open cabinet door or a generator fault, as SNMP-visible alarms even though those conditions have nothing to do with the network traffic the chassis itself carries. For example, the state changes to 'on' the instant a technician opens the equipment cabinet door during an unscheduled visit.
