What is cienaCesChassisFeedPowerHealthState?
This object reports the health of an individual power feed - one of potentially multiple independent input circuits - feeding a power supply, distinct from the PSU's overall PowerHealthState. An admin treats a degraded FeedPowerHealthState as pointing to an upstream input problem (a bad cable, breaker, or facility circuit) rather than a fault inside the power supply unit itself. For example, a failed FeedPowerHealthState on the 'A' feed while the PSU's own PowerHealthState still reads normal (because it's drawing from a working 'B' feed) would send a technician to check facility power distribution rather than swap the supply.
