What is cienaCesChassisFanTrayShelfIndx?
This gives the shelf index (0-992) locating a fan tray on multi-shelf CES platforms. An admin uses it with the tray's slot index to know which physical shelf holds the tray reporting a status or type change. For example, shelf index 1 for a tray flagged as 'uninstalled' tells the admin the missing tray is on the second physical shelf (shelf indices commonly start at 0).
