An admin uses this as the hard limit that, once approached by DiskHealthCurrMeasurement, should trigger cleanup of old logs or core dumps before the disk actually fills. For example, a MaxThreshold of 1000000 KB tells the admin exactly how much storage that card's local disk provides in total.
