Description: A semaphore for locking the token ring station traffic

tables: olTRTrafStationTable, olTRTrafPortTable,

olTRTrafTopNTable, and olTRTrafTopNSummaryTable.

When the semaphore is locked, adds, deletes, and re-sorting

the traffic tables associated with this

olTRTrafControlEntry will pend until the

semaphore is unlocked, so that a valid set of entries

can be read. Note that the normal incrementing of the traffic

counters are not affected by the setting of this semaphore.

This cannot be set to unlock if olTRTrafControlLogicalState is

changing.

For complete accuracy, this semaphore

should be read after being set to

ensure that the tables were not changing when the lock was

attempted. After the table information has been recorded,

the semaphore should be set to unlock to allow changes to

occur.

What is olTRTrafControlLogicalLock?

A writable semaphore used to lock the Token Ring station/port/TopN traffic tables so that additions, deletions, and re-sorting are held pending until the lock is released.
