To configure a port for remote diagnostics, the buddy's
slot and port must be set to valid values.
What is ol51nnMTPPLPortBuddySlot?
Read-write setting identifying the slot of the buddy port used for port redundancy or remote diagnostics; both buddy slot and port must be valid to configure redundancy, and the buddy is automatically marked as redundant to this port.
