Description: This timer is implemented in the MTA or CMTS in the handling of RSVP reservations. It controls the initial delay used by the RSVP retransmit procedure. The default value of this timer is 500ms.
What is cadDQoSTimerT6?
Sets the T6 initial backoff delay (default 500 ms) used by the MTA or CMTS before the first RSVP retransmission attempt. This initial delay prevents immediate flooding of retransmits in the event of transient network congestion.
